Clubs will be fined £10 for any three regular meetings missed during the year (even if apologies given). Thereafter, a fine of £5 for each non-attendance will be made against the club. In addition, non-attendance at the AGM will incur a £10 fine.
Please make every effort to attend the meetings during the season. If for any reason you cannot attend and no-one else can attend in your place, it is important that you call one of the committee members as noted below:
